Current service access and fair-use limits.

opencatalog is free. There are no paid features, subscriptions, or paid plans. The original PRD is a historical proposal; its pricing and monetization sections do not describe the current service.

Current fair-use limits are 3 check runs per workspace per UTC calendar month, 1,000 verdict requests per workspace per month, and 120 API requests per workspace per minute. Wait 60 seconds before starting another run for the same agent. Outcome reports are limited to 5 per application and agent per day. A rejected request returns a structured error; rate-limit responses may include Retry-After.

Usage limits protect the shared service. They do not establish an availability guarantee, support contract, or retention commitment.
